"Everything we had hoped for- to get away from a busy life for a few days, before business portion of trip. Our first river cruise/ game drive. Simone and Laura go out of there way to make each good feel included. Being at Serondela Lodge, with so few guests gave us able opportunity to meet and get to know each other. Being so far “ up the river” had tremendous opportunities. "

"Very large property, very well maintained. Room was large and clean. A/C worked great. Selelo was our host; very kind and attentive. Assisted us with booking events. Accompanied us a a boat safari. Food was excellent. Game drivers: Lesh and Jinx went above and beyond to try to meet our every request. We were lucky enough to see nearly every type of animal in the park. Highly recommend this place. "

"River View is a small resort which offers sn all inclusive experience. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are cooked options for breakfast, a complimentary serve yourself lunch as dinner with two main options. On one of our nights we had a barbeque. They have their own arranged boat safari in the afternoon and early morning game drives. I would definitely recommend River View in Kasane."

The best sunset is from the pool deck...at night we were visited by herds of elephants and hippo and it is just magical to watch them so close. The food....oh the food....it was incredible! "We found the hotel extremely over priced. It should be half the price, or less. The room is very basic. The decor in the common areas is fairly sparse and dated. They even wanted to charge us to borrow their international adaptor! The service at the restaurant was slow but the staff there were nice. The location is good though. We would not recommend it (unless maybe they drop their price and you're looking for something with no frills.)"
